Laura S.B. Aesthetics was founded by Laura O’Gallagher with a dual vision born from personal experience — the desire to create an ethical, welcoming, and exhilarating med spa experience for clients; and a nurturing environment for lowering the barriers to entry for aspiring RN injectors. When Laura embarked on her journey to become an injector, she found challenge after challenge in her way. Training was expensive and brief – an impossible format to become an expert. Mentorship was virtually nonexistent. Every med spa wanted experienced injectors, and Laura too wanted to be experienced before practicing on unsuspecting clients. After much searching, Laura was fortunate to find a long-term apprenticeship in a med spa — a transformative opportunity that provided the hands-on mentorship, exposure, and repetition necessary to build true confidence as an injector. It was within this nurturing environment that Laura honed her craft, learned the nuances of aesthetic treatments, and found her voice in the industry.
